The use of Suitable Personal Protective Equipment should be determined following a health and safety risk assessment. For detail information regarding health and safety regulations, please consult your local authorities. All machinery supplied by Inception Machine Ltd must not be left unattended when in use. Operating machinery poses a possible entrapment risk, users should ensure adequate safe distance and mindfulness of minors in close proximity when in use.

-Dust

Users must execute all necessary measures to protect themselves and others from adverse health effects as a result of using any products supplied by Inception Machines. Wood dust can be harmful to health by inhalation and skin contact. Users must ensure any devices capable of generating dust is situated in an area with sufficient ventilation by means of dust extraction, air filtration etc.

-Noise

Noise levels must be assessed prior to long term exposure to ensure compliance with the Noise at Work Regulations 1989. Users must make every effort to reduce noise exposure to safe, workable limits before the use of Personal Protective Equipment.

-Modifications

Modifications are defined as any change made, that alter the original function or use of the product. Alterations to any products sold by Inception Machines Ltd without prior consent will result in a warranty void. This extends to the use of non-OEM components.

-Misuse

Any applications outside the specifications conditions will be deemed misuse and result in warranty void. This includes but not limited to improper maintenance, use with unsupported third-party products, improper set-up and assembly.

-Maintainance

All maintenance procedures must be carried out in accordance with the product manual. Consumables need to be replaced periodically to ensure the proper and safe function of the product.

-Warranty

Inception Machines Provides a one year warranty on all products. The warranty covers faulty items, premature failure of components. Warranty excludes fair wear and tear or use of the product outside of its intended application. Warranty does not extend to third-party accessories, i.e. router spindles, PCs, dust extractors etc. Inception Machines Ltd provides a 30-day warranty and support for Estlcam software, support requirements after the warranty period ends will fall with Estlcam.
